The Aureole Wine Weekend at Mandalay Bay includes:

• A two night stay at Mandalay Bay
• Three days and five tastings at Charlie Palmer’s Aureole

Wine Director and Master Sommelier William Sherer has handpicked 68 wine selections that span from Classic American to Loire Valley. The fine events include an Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie demonstration, a seven course ‘Lyonnais’ inspired dinner and decadent chocolate and sparkling demonstration.
